Availability:
The availability of DSL equipment is unpredictable. We do our best to keep the product in stock, in reasonable quantities for your immediate delivery. Items that are not in stock typically require a 5-7 business day of lead-time. In some occasions, orders may take as long as 2 to 4 weeks for delivery from the manufacturer; and in unforeseen cases, it may take longer. A representative from our company is available to talk to you about the manufacture/model and quantity that you may require as well as your implementation plans.
Warranty of Goods and Services:
All our equipments will serve their intended functions.
Terms of Warranty:
All warranties on the equipments are Manufacturers warranty, and may vary per manufacturer.
Prices:
All our prices are nett.
Delivery:
Delivery is free within Singapore. Delivery outside of Singapore will be charged according to the prevailing shipment rates. Please contact our sales for shipping charges to your country.
Payment:
All terms of payment are credit card (Visa, MasterCard ), or COD may be available. Contact our sales staff for more information. For International delivery, wire transfer in advance and additional shipping charges is required.
Orders:
Orders are non-cancelable after time of order. Full delivery of orders must be taken and paid for. If there are special requests for customised orders, advance deposits are usually required for such orders.
Exchange and Refunds:
All our goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
